EXCHANGE & REFUND
ORDER EXCHANGE POLICY
We are sorry that “Carnation” does not offer returns policy or refund of full or partially amount. We do offer exchange policy if order return to us within 7 days of delivery. Provided following conditions fulfilled:-
- Order is in its original packaging
- Product seal of order is intact
- Order packaging not tampered.
- Contact Carnation Staff via Email (sales@carnationbeautystores.com) with mentioning reason of exchange.
- Send the order item back to us in its original condition and packaging with seal intact on provided address in email
Carnation will send your chosen replacement item in exchange. Customer will bear applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In case of order cancellation do let us know sooner. We mostly dispatch orders within 24 hours. So it will be advisable to let us know before dispatch.
Cancellations of order depend whether order has been shipped or not. If Customer like to cancel an order, please send an order cancellation request at sales@carnationbeautystores.com or Whatapp us at mentioned number at web site.
Kindly note that if order you placed are dispatched than you order can’t be cancelled.
